About Sheri

Sheri Leigh Horn is an American author, voice actress and audiobook narrator. Sheri has been telling stories in various forms for over 40 years. Sheri’s narration and voice acting span genre, gender, and age categories–a result of her unique vocal versatility and ear for language and dialects developed during her career as a linguist and performance in dozens of stage productions. Most recently, she voiced Joan in the short film Fishy (2025) and brought to life over 60 characters in the audiobook version of Anderson Frost’s dark fantasy Thorns, Feathers, and Bones.

Sheri authored the crime thriller Jeopardy Surface, winner of the 2018 Independent Book Publishers Association Benjamin Franklin Silver Award for Best First Book, which she also narrated.

She lives in the hill country of her native Texas.
